Your Path to Wellness - Your Path to Wellness - Your Path to Wellness -

Who We Are
We are a holistic wellness brand designed to support busy professional women who constantly pour their energy into work, family, and daily life. Having walked the corporate path ourselves, we know firsthand how hard it can be to prioritize yourself. That’s why we’re here to guide you in pouring back into yourself, creating the space to nourish your well-being and reclaim your balance, because we believe that true success and fulfillment start with self-care.
What We Do
Through a blend of wellness retreats, calming yoga classes, personalized coaching, transformative workshops, and mindful online resources, we meet you wherever you are, providing tools to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and thrive. Through evidence-based practices, we help you create a life of deeper self-care and lasting wellness.
How We Do It
Our focus is always on supporting you. Our method combines thoughtful intention, proven practices, and compassionate guidance to create wellness experiences that truly resonate. We design each experience to prioritize clarity, peace, and meaningful impact so you can show up for yourself with confidence and ease.
Work Play Namaste
At Work Play Namaste, our approach is guided by three core elements: Work, Play, and Namaste. We honor ambition, drive, and purpose, but work isn’t just what we do; it’s how we show up with intention and impact. We celebrate play as a vital part of life, inviting movement, laughter, and creativity to balance the demands of a busy world. And we lead from within, embracing mindfulness, self-respect, and the light within each of us. Together, these values create a holistic path to thriving, one that empowers women to live fully and find fulfillment on their own terms.

Tracy Regazzoni – COO, Wellness Program Director & Lead Yoga Instructor
Tracy Regazzoni is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and wellness coach whose leadership offers more than movement. Rooted in calm, grounded energy and a lived understanding of the challenges busy professional women face, she guides women toward balance and renewal through mindful practices that invite them to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Her wellness journey began during a period of burnout, when the pressure to “do it all” in both corporate and personal life left her feeling depleted and disconnected. That pivotal moment sparked a shift, one that led to the creation of Work Play Namaste.
At Work Play Namaste, Tracy serves as Chief Operating Officer and Wellness Program Director, where she designs offerings that meet women exactly where they are. She specializes in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, blending evidence-based practices with compassionate teaching to cultivate deep rest, nervous system support, and emotional clarity. Her classes and retreats are designed not only to relieve stress but to serve as a journey inward, guiding each woman back to herself.
Tracy’s approach is rooted in the belief that wellness doesn’t have to be aspirational, it can be practical, personal, and powerful. Through intentional movement, stillness, and coaching, she helps women move out of survival mode and into a more balanced, embodied way of living. Her sessions invite women to release what’s overwhelming, reclaim what’s essential, and rebuild their energy from the inside out.
From leading yoga sessions to creating intentional spaces for reflection and reset, Tracy’s work is driven by a desire to make well-being sustainable. She believes that every woman deserves time to rest, space to heal, and the tools to thrive. Not someday, but now.
