At Work Play Namaste, we’re committed to offering meaningful experiences, quality products, and smooth engagement. We understand that everything may not be perfect and that plans may sometimes change, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below to keep things clear and fair.

1. Classes
Cancellations:

If you cancel a class booking at least 24 hours before the start time, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us:

If we must cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
2. Retreats
Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat start date are eligible for credit toward a future retreat.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, and planning.

At any time, you may transfer your spot to another participant at no additional cost.

If we must cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
3. Store Purchases
Physical Products:

If you receive an item that isn’t up to your satisfaction, you may request store credit within 30 days of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Digital Products (e.g., programs, downloads):

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events may arise. In special cases (such as medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances), please contact us directly at hello@workplaynamaste.com.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control) Work Play Namaste reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes, programs, or retreats. In such cases, we will provide credits or rescheduling options whenever possible. Refunds may not always be guaranteed, but we will communicate any changes and options with you promptly and transparently.
