With expertise in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, she blends science-backed practices with compassionate teaching to cultivate deep rest, stress relief, and inner stillness. Certified in both yoga and wellness coaching, Tracy creates grounding classes and retreats designed to guide busy women to slow down, reconnect, and find balance, making each experience a journey back to yourself.
