About Us
Wellness for Women Who Do It All
At Work Play Namaste, our mission is to support busy women in prioritizing themselves as they create work-life balance. We do this by offering programs, tools, writing, lifestyle essentials, and online support designed to meet women where they are without asking them to step away from their lives to do it. Our work creates space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and ease.
Your Path to Wellness - Your Path to Balance - Your Path to Peace -

Who We Are
We are a wellness brand built by women who understand the demands of professional life. Having navigated full schedules, responsibility, and constant momentum ourselves, we know how easily self-care gets pushed aside. Our work is grounded in helping women return to themselves with clarity and compassion in ways that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
What We Do
We create thoughtfully designed programs, guided meditations, reflective writing, practical tools, and lifestyle essentials that support intentional living. Our offerings are designed to integrate into daily life, helping women build habits of self-care, clarity, and balance that last.
How We Do It
We focus on simple, practical support. Our work combines clear intention, evidence-informed practices, and steady guidance to create programs and tools that fit into real life. Everything we offer is designed to help you slow down, stay consistent, and care for yourself in ways that feel doable and meaningful.
Work · Play · Namaste
Our work is guided by three core elements: Work, Play, and Namaste.
We honor ambition, drive, and purpose, recognizing that work is not just what we do, but how we show up with intention and impact. We value play as an essential counterbalance, creating room for curiosity, creativity, and lightness in full, demanding lives. And we lead from within, grounding everything we offer in mindfulness, self-respect, and compassion. Together, these values shape everything we create, supporting women in living with presence, fulfillment, and balance on their own terms.

Tracy Regazzoni – COO, Wellness Program Director & Lead Yoga Instructor
Tracy Regazzoni is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and wellness coach whose leadership offers more than movement. Rooted in calm, grounded energy and a lived understanding of the challenges busy professional women face, she guides women toward balance and renewal through mindful practices that invite them to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Her wellness journey began during a period of burnout, when the pressure to “do it all” in both corporate and personal life left her feeling depleted and disconnected. That pivotal moment sparked a shift, one that led to the creation of Work Play Namaste.
At Work Play Namaste, Tracy serves as Chief Operating Officer and Wellness Program Director, where she designs offerings that meet women exactly where they are. She specializes in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, blending evidence-based practices with compassionate teaching to cultivate deep rest, nervous system support, and emotional clarity. Her classes and retreats are designed not only to relieve stress but to serve as a journey inward, guiding each woman back to herself.
Tracy’s approach is rooted in the belief that wellness doesn’t have to be aspirational, it can be practical, personal, and powerful. Through intentional movement, stillness, and coaching, she helps women move out of survival mode and into a more balanced, embodied way of living. Her sessions invite women to release what’s overwhelming, reclaim what’s essential, and rebuild their energy from the inside out.
From leading yoga sessions to creating intentional spaces for reflection and reset, Tracy’s work is driven by a desire to make well-being sustainable. She believes that every woman deserves time to rest, space to heal, and the tools to thrive. Not someday, but now.

Kellie Ashley Tate – Mindfulness Coach & Longevity Expert
With a degree in psychology, Kellie Tate's background is rooted in understanding how the mind works, how identity is formed, and how emotional patterns influence behavior, decision-making, and personal growth. Beyond formal education, her real-world experience comes from years of working with individuals who are capable, driven, and often carrying significant responsibility.
Through this work, Kellie has seen firsthand how pressure, overcommitment, and external expectations can disconnect people from clarity and self-trust. She has also seen how meaningful change happens not through force or perfection, but through awareness, alignment, and small, intentional shifts.
Her approach blends psychological insight with a deep understanding of modern life. It is grounded, practical, and centered on helping people reconnect with themselves, make clearer choices, and move forward with confidence and intention.
This work reflects a belief that growth does not require becoming someone new. It requires understanding who you are, releasing what no longer fits, and allowing the next version of yourself to emerge naturally.
