About This Program
A five-day collection of short, guided Yoga Nidra practices designed to help you pause, reset, and restore balance, even on the busiest days. Each session is under 10 minutes and offers a unique approach to body scanning (vertical, horizontal, or side-to-side), giving you both variety and depth. Begin by finding a comfortable, safe space, whether lying down, seated at your desk, resting in your car, or walking gently. Then simply press play, follow my voice, and allow yourself these few minutes to let go and recharge.
