Join us for a guided meditative rest session designed to bring deep restoration to your body and mind. No movement, no pressure, just rest. Through intentional breath and visualization, this practice gently guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where true recovery begins. Perfect for busy women who do it all and need a moment to do nothing. Come in pajamas, bring a blanket, and prepare to feel more grounded, clear, and calm than you have in weeks. What you’ll need to enhance your experience: - A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed - Pajamas or comfortable clothes - A blanket (optional pillows for support) - An eye pillow or mask to deepen relaxation - Earbuds or headphones for the best audio experience Camera optional. Audio-led. Just lie down and receive. Note: This session is based on Yoga Nidra, an ancient yoga practice often called “yogic sleep.” It is a guided form of meditative rest that allows the body to deeply relax while the mind remains gently aware.
